Johann Wilhelm Reuy was born in 1822 in Prussia and married Elizabeth Breschingi n 1846. With three of their children they migrated to Australia, probably in the late 1850s, and settled in Greensborough, family name becoming Roy. Many of their descendants lived in the Greensborough area.
