Henry Berry was a noted Australian importer and tea merchant in Melbourne. He lived at 'Otira' in Eglinton Street, Kew.
The container has local significance due to Kew being the residence of the retailer.
5lb tin of Glen Valley Tea produced by Henry Berry' & Co A/Asia Ltd. The green and gold tin includes a fulsome description of the quality of the tea.
