Historical information

These cartridges have been used to contain pellets or shot to be fired from a shotgun. They have been in the collection of the Warrnambool and District Historical Society for many years but the reason for keeping them is now not known. Warrnambool has had a Gun Club since the 19th century and they may have been kept as souvenirs of a past club
