Physical description

Large navy blue bound book with a blue ribbon attached to both the front and back covers on the middle of the right hand side. When open there is attached to the front cover a book with lined pages each with a letter of the alphabet for indexing. On the right hand side are plain brown stiff cardboard papers numbered 1 to 207.
