Part of WWII history in relation to raising money for the war effort. The Cooper family lived and farmed in the Kiewa Valley. G. Cooper may have been part of this family.

Dates at the top and within the wording and also the signature of issuing officer 'G. Cooper'. All filled in with blue ink
