3 Photocopies. One old yellowed typed copy dated 1983 and two more recent copies of 5 pages. Page 1. is missing, front page is numbered 2 and consecutive numbers from there in all 3 copies.
Inscriptions & markings
There is inconsistent numbering on the left hand side of some items in black and annotations against some items throughout.
