There are two Druids Oaks in the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, planted in 1870 with the founding of two local Druid Lodges in Ballarat.
The Druids Oaks have a most interesting history in terms of these trees' association with the Ancient Order of Druids and Freemasonry.
