This photograph was taken at a Commanding Officer Handover Parade at the Army Survey Regiment, Bendigo in 1980. LTCOL Bob Skitch was the CO from 1976 to 1980 and handed over LTCOL Frank Thorogood SB St J. LTCOL Thorogood’s appointment was from 1980 to 1981. Personnel from Cartographic Squadron appeared in the background.
