Camp 2 waterclour. Donated Lieut Frederick Ferdinando Hardy b 1881. Served in Boer War, migrated to australia in 1909, enlisted WW!, with number VX7. Re-enlisted in 1940 for WW2 and served as Paymaster in camp 2
Framed watercolour of Camp 2. Four huts, two in foreground and two behind. Two large gum trees and the end of the row infron t of a barbed wire fence. Corragated iron ssurrounds a small garden. Other gardens have frame work constructed from tree branches for climbing vines. Some washing hangs from another branch. Two gentlemen sit on a bench at a table appear to be studying.

The two girls in the painting are Hedwig Vollmer and Aline Zollinger of Camp 3. The painting is believed to be by J Wolfgarten a German Wooolbuyer. Colour photograph of this painting is filed in the V internee file.

A story written by Ivy Williams, nee Gorman, now Botheras, in 1994. It tells of 6 prisoners of war, who were sent to help her and her husband Fred, harvest their crop of peaches in 1941. Three of them were Ezio Neri, Hans Holsbauer and Osker Fleischer.

Memorial erected at Murchison Camp 13 for the crew of the German Auxiliary Cruiser Kormoran who lost their lives in battle with HMAS Sydney. Erected by survivors.

Colour photograph of the Kormoran memorial, made from stone. The memorial is a rectangular block with a smaller block on top. On the top block, on the front, is an German iron cross. One the front of the bigger block is a plaque with German writing "Unferen gefallenen Kameraden". Blocks sit on a plymth of stone. White gravel surrounds three sides with a path leading up to it. Monument has posts surrounding it with wire in between. Backdrop is trees.

Overseas air mail letter form from Paul König to Karl König whilst an internee in Australia.
One sheet of paper which has folds on it and when folded makes up an envelope with part having the address of whom it is going to; another part showing who sent it. The reverse side of the page is where a person writes a letter. This letter was sent to Karl Konig from Paul Konig and dates Mon 13 Sept 1943. At the top is a flap which seals the letter into an evelope.

Diary was owned by Captain Frank Jones, Camp 1 Hospital dentist during WW2. Diary only has a few short notes in it.

The USB is a copy of a 16mm format film labelled TATURA LAGER 1942 with the name G RUFF on it. This nine minute film shows three folk dances performed by young girls at the Temple Society during their internment in Camp 3 Tatura, Victoria. Copy given to the Museum by Doris Frank when the Templers visited the Museum in November 2022 for a Templer reunion.
