Souvenir publication promoting Bolton Brothers and Bendigo. Includes full page information about Local Sights Worth Seeing, Accommodation and Country Trips from Bendigo as well as large photographs of the local industries and attractions, noting that it is pre automobile days as there are mostly horse and carts in the photographs. The Bolton family founded a printing business in Bendigo in 1885. Benjamin Bolton was a prominent businessman and on this death in 1901 William Bolton (Mayor 1936 -37) and his brothers took over the business. Bolton's remains a well known office and printing suppliers in Bendigo today.

Physical description

Fifty six page album style publication produced by local printers Bolton Brothers as both promotion for their business and to encourage tourism. Two colour printed front and back cover on brown card. Inside contains high quality black and white, full and half page photographs of local businesses, prominent buildings and attractions including Bartlett Brothers Photographers, Favaloro's Caterers and Cafe and Myers.
