This medallion was struck to commemorate both the 150th anniversary of the State of Victoria and the 125th anniverary of the City of Hawthorn. One side includes the logo and the words "VICTORIA 150". The other side includes the logo for the City of Hawthorn with the words" "125th anniversary City of Hawthorn 1860, 27 July 1985".
Bronze coloured medallion approx 3 cm diameter with markings on both sides.
