Two publications issued by the Shire of Sherbrooke to mark the opening of the new municipal offices in Glenfern Rd, Upwey, on 4th August 1966.
- notice paper for special meeting of the council of Shire of Sherbrooke, A5 sized, two sheets in cardboard cover, held together by green ribbon. It contains a brief history, a Council Summons, the Order Of Business, list of serving councillors and Executive Officers.
- souvenir booklet for the official opening of Municipal Officers and Council Chambers. 4 pages in thicker paper cover. Front cover has a sketch of the shire offices, with a floorplan on the back cover.
