Robert Peacock was postmaster of the Forest Hill Post Office from 1884 to 1888 followed by Joshua Peacock until 1891, then Lestock Peacock until 1905, then Catherine Peacock until 1933. By 1983 the post office was located at Glebe St., Forest Hill.
