Summary

This training module was available to enginemen who had completed Modules 1 to 5 (1983 Scheme). The manual contained fault finding checklists and standard procedures to be carried out if faults occured. Every driver was required to be conversant with and follow the instructions. Enginemen issued with this manual had to carry it with them at all times when in charge of a diesel electric locomotive.
