Wastell & Cutter were Ophthalmic Opticians at Ballarat, Victoria from the 1930s until the 1970s.
A domestic item identifying Wastell & Cutter opticians at Ballarat who provided eye care and glasses to Mrs Mary Taffe of Hymettus from the 1940s until the 1990s. The metal proprietors plaque is an unusual embellishment.
