Extract from the Australian Municipal Journal celebration of the proclamation of Ringwood as a City on 19th March 1960 at Ringwood Town Hall, with Sir Dallas Brooks and Lady Brooks. Cr Lavis, Mayor of the City of Ringwood. All material is from Gwen Horman’s three albums that she owned.
