Physical description
This is a small locally made log book. It has 5 sheets of paper that are folded to make individual pages. It is fastened with two staples. Inside the front cover are the soldier's certificates of what ordnance he was cleared to destroy.
The thin cardboard is same light brown as a manila folder.
