The Deep Lead Cemetery. The grave under the Cypress trees is that of John McClure B.A. who died in 1859 at the age of 46 years.
He was the first clerk of petty sessions at Pleasant Creek and was one of the first buried at the deep lead cemetery which at the time was reserved but not fenced.
