Historical information

Two colour slides of girls in a swimming pool at a camp in 1958. The pool could be at the house of a legatee and is also used by boys camps in other slides.
Was with many other slides taken in the 1950s and 1960s. The slides have been photographed to make digital images and moved to archive quality sleeves. In many cases the original images were not well focussed and the digital image the best available.

A record of camps being organised for children.

Handwritten on front 'Girls cool off after arrival' and 1958 in blue pen. Handwritten 'Camps and Hol' in black ink. Imprinted '11' in black ink on one and '10' on another.
Printed on reverse 'Kodachrome Transparency / Processed by Kodak' with a red outline on edge of slide.
