Photograph (Item) - Black and white photograph, Lindsay G. Cumming, 1920-1930

  • Shows a black and white photograph of Narbethong House situated next to the Black Spur Hotel in Narbethong. Narbethong House is a double storey weatherboard building with verandahs on both levels. There is a wood carved kangaroo, kookaburra and emu on the gabled peaks of the roof. In the grounds in front of Narbethong House are is a group of men and an early model car with a man standing at the rear of the car. In the foreground of the photograph is another early model car with a lady, a boy and a girl seated in the rear seat. There is another young boy seated on the running board of the car. There are two other ladies standing next to the car, one in conversation with the lady seated in the car.
