Telex from Assistant Secretary Major Contracts Branch. Due to problems encountered during functional testing of the Raster Scanning Sub System (RSSS) that Army Svy Regt cease acceptance testing. Intergraph will be required to resolve the problems identified and to give the Commonwealth a high degree of confidence that the RSSS would then be able to satisfactorily complete functional testing.
