The boy from Bulla Primary School was part of a group who enjoyed an excursion to the Polly Woodside and a ferry trip on the Yarra River. The trip was part of their general studies. He was one of the children selected to wear a lifejacket along with being able to be in the cabin on the top deck with two of the crew.
