This is a photocopy of an original of Arms Manufacturing machine.
The machine is large. It appears to have 4 cone shafts that are adjustable. In the center is a shaft that looks like a cannon barrel.
The whole assembly is on a heavy steel bed. The machine is inside a large iron shed.
