Physical description
Drawings of a plant stem with detailed views of flowers and leaves. Upper left is a top view of a yellow and red flower, labled "b1". Below this is a study of two heart-shaped, dark green leaves ("c"). In centre is a setm view with many-leafed stems coming from the central stem (approximately 8-10 leaves per stem) ("a"). Three flowers on long thin stalks come from these leafed stems. One bud and two seed pods are also shown sprouting from the stems. On right are two flower views - one side view and one back view. Numbers are in pencil and are also printed on white paper and glued to surface of the paper. The work is mounted in a double matt (off-white on yellow) and framed under glass in a wooden frame with gold paint.
