Physical description
An engraving (engroved with name 'B. Turner.' taken from a late 19th century publication thand coloured.) The engraving shows north Bluff Portland, back rear, sea on right, sea gulls foreground right. Sky grey clouds, with rays of sunlight. Wooden vessel on sand, front left, man sitting on sand leaning against it. Two small buildings, man, woman and child walking on beach. Set in cream folder, narrow green matboard.
