Physical description

Watercolour, front view of Town Hall, Portland, off-white mount, black matte wooden frame, reflective glass, silver hanging wire on back. A bluestone building with four chimneys. Centre building with one smaller wing either side. Red/brown front door. Two long windows either side. Each wing also has a smaller window.
