Handmade wooden float, middle section painted white, top and bottom red. Hole drilled through both red sections. Narrow plastic collar around mid-point of float.

It seems that this has been cut out. The bottom lefthand corner has a stamp which is dated and initialled (21/3/28). Signed William A Jarrett. The receipt is in type with the details handwritten.
