Framed certificate under glass, gold vellum, black print and image of town crier; black border. Black wooden frame, gold trim. Certificate of Excellence, to certify that Sydney Cuffe attended the 1997 New Zealand National Town Crier Championships, at Timaru NZ, Easter 1977.
