In November 1984 Portland marked the 150th anniversary of European settlement and the foundation of the City of Portland. Various events happened in and around Portland, many community led.

Skirt, steel blue in colour, with black vertical stripes, 'shiny' fabric. Long, gathered waist, deep frill at bottom, decorated with black lace. Made for Portland's 150th celebrations in a period style
