Historical information
A colour photograph of a hand drawn menu from Kooringa Guest House in Marysville. This menu is dated 19th May 1937. There were hundreds of menus created by Wilbur Anderson and some were related to special days (ie St. Patrick's Day, the Melbourne Cup, etc.) with the dishes reflecting this. Unfortunately, the entire collection of original menus was lost in the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires.
