The Governor-General's Banner was presented to The Battaion of Officer Cadets Officer Training Unit, Scheyville by His Excellency the Governor-General of Australian Lord Casey KG, GCMG, CH, DSO, MC, PC on 8 October 1967
Physical description
In a timber frame with a brown matt these is a coloured photograph of the entrance to a military base. Also a coloured photograph of three soldiers in dark uniforms with white belts and two with red sash and the middle solder with a white sash. There is a red flag behind them. Also features two coloured photographs of banners and information of the Officer Training Unit and the Governor General's Banner (see media for more details). Also In Memory of the graduates of the Officer Training Unit who died on active in Vietnam from 962-1972.
