Photo taken in the north west corner of the Main Hall, Box Hill Town Hall. Town Clerk, Andrew Walls, in his robes left, with his wife Mrs Walls, (middle lady unknown) and Mayor Cr. Jim Proudfoot in robes right, and Mayoress (Mrs Proudfoot) far right. The two women centre, dressed in hats and gloves, carrying a posy of flowers. Cr Proudfoot was mayor in 1956/7. Event was the Mayoress's Luncheon.
