A large group of women, seated in the main hall of the Box Hill Town Hall. Seated in front row (L to R) 4th from left - Town Clerk, Mr. Andrew N. Walls, in robes, with his wife, Margaret. Mayor Cr. Youl in robes and the Mayoress (Nancy Youl, nee Kibby) - centre right. Cr Youl was mayor in 1964/65.
