Taken at the Queen Carnival in December 1928. The Queen of Music was Nell (Helen) Elsum. Pictured from left: Ailsa Daniel (now Phillips), Nell Elsum, William Henry Elsum, jnr., Joyce Pullen (now Beck) and sisters, the Misses Evans.
Nell (Helen) lived at 25 Thames Street, Box Hill. She was well liked, a popular girl who was in everything.
