E.J. Barker is a past principal of the School of Mines Ballarat and the Library at the Mt Helen Campus is named after him. Correspondence is from Charles Sturt University about a review to be conducted into the university's Educational Services and Jack Barker has agreed to be Chairman of the Review Committee. The Report is dated 3rd and 4th May 1990.
