Historical information

The children from Bulla Primary School were taken for a ride around Gellibrand Hill on the back of a truck used by the park rangers at Gellibrand Hill near Bulla. The rangers were responsible for maintaining the bushland in the park and the students were at the park doing some tree planting.

Significance

The excursion was included in then children's science and environmental studies.
