Physical description

Blue coloured folded identity card. Cover is blue buckram. Inside details are printed in black type with handwritten additions in black ink. State of Victoria crest printed at top. Inside colour is cream. Printing on front cover in dark blue capital letters.

Inscriptions & markings

Handwritten details on inside in black ink: 'R. Baron, 50 Pender St. Preston, Auxiliary Ambulance Driver No. 676, Lim, Melbourne, 19th September 1942.'
Stamped in purple ink: a signature of issuing authority.
