Used in the office or at home to cut sticky tape (sellotape) to the required size.

Significance

Used by the staff working in the SECV office during the construction of the Kiewa Hydro Electric Scheme.

Physical description

Heavy green steel dispenser with wheel suspended at the top. A sharp metal piece with serrated edge is at the front enabling the tape to be cut. The second dispenser is grey and also heavy. It has a torn sticker at the centre front.
