Candidates for the Maroondah Council elections must lodge their nominations with the returning officer before 4pm, February 12. Fees will increase at various Council leisure facilities. Ringwood Lake and Croydon Park have been declared alcohol-free zones for the duration of the Festival of the Foothills on February 15-16.
