Known as Powerlot, built by George Packer, a local builder for Jim McLaughlin in 1914. During Olsen family ownership house was altered. The two acre site once had landscaped garden and orchard. Flat roof has lead lined walkway for viewing lakes and sea. Story goes 'The German raider Wolf was observed signalling during WW1'.
