B&W photo of Bert (Gilbert William) and Minnie (Williamina Wilson) Sutton (daughter of Charles Macauley and Minnie Gray) standing outside their original home in Belgrave Heights. The photo shows the couple standing at their post-and-wire front fence at their property in Lockwood Road. The house was next door to Edward's store. Bert is in shirtsleeves and Minnie is wearing a cardigan over a dress. Their house is a single gabled house of weatherboard and fibro sheeting with an L-shaped open verandah. After purchasing the house Bert altered it, eventually enclosing the verandah and turning it into a sleepout. The house has been extensively altered since but is still standing in Lockwood Rd. The block is treed and the garden appears to be rather wild. A tiled roofed building is behind the house and to the left, possibly a garage. On the nature strip in front of the Suttons' house is a wooden bench, and attached to a tree are the signs, "Lockwood House" (with a hand pointing right), "To golf links" (with an arrow pointing right) and "Central Park Tennis Courts" (with an arrow pointing left). A colour photo shows the verandah being constructed at the Original St Martins Church & Hall, Belgrave Heights, in 1995 after their relocation from Belgrave South School. The photo shows the ironbark decking and the base boards in place, plus the partially completed balustrade, all of these components in their raw state.

Six colour photos showing the former St Martins Anglican Church & Hall prior to relocation in July 1995 from Belgrave South School, where they had been use as part of the school's Out Of School Hours Program to Belgrave Heights where they became the premises of Southern Sherbrooke Historical Society. The school site was their original position.

B&W photo of St Martins Anglican Church in its original location on (now) Belgrave-Hallam Rd, Belgrave South. The photo shows the street face of the building with dark-stained timbers. These were probably the original oiled weatherboards which were used in 1928. In front of the church is a wide wire gate and a smaller wired gate, and part of a fence can be seen on the right. There are shrubs planted against the church wall and a noticeboard is attached to the front wall of the sanctuary. The sign says 'St Martins Church of England' but the rest is illegible. Tall trees can be seen behind the building.

The photo shows the wooden altar, covered with a gold and white altar cloth and a white lace overlay. On the top are two candlesticks and a small vase with flowers, and behind them in a raised part are two larger vases with flowers and a cross on the top of a stepped plinth. The top of the altar is surrounded by riddels (curtains) supported by riddel posts. On the wall behind the altar is the stained glass window, 'The Light Of The World'. In front of the altar on the right can be seen part of the railing between the sanctuary and the nave.

The Original St Martins Anglican Church and Hall, Belgrave South and Belgrave Heights are two buildings originally part of the Anglican Diocese of Belgrave but now under the care of the Southern Sherbrooke Historical Society and utilised as their premises.

Black and white photo of Frederick William George Woods, b. 1889, Auburn, Vic., (parents William John Woods and Ada Maria Woods nee Smith), d. 16th August 1951, East Melbourne. He was an estate agent in Camberwell. He married Eva Victoria Crowhurst Plummer in 1913 and they had four children, Fred, Jack, Marjorie and Betty (the future Mrs John DeCoite). The photo shows a young man with dark, wavy hair. He is dressed in a three-piece suit and tie.

Black and white photo of Eva Victoria Crowhurst Plummer, b. 6th Sept 1890, Kensington, Vic., d. 20th July 1985, Ferntree Gully, vic. She married Frederick William George Woods in 1913 and they had four children, Fred, Jack, Marjorie & Betty (the future Mrs John DeDoite). After the death of Fred in 1951 Eva resided at the family's Belgrave Heights holiday home until her death in 1985. The photo shows a young woman with dark hair. She is wearing a high-collared dress trimmed with a crocheted or tatted one-piece collar. She has long earrings with several small stones.

Black and white photo of William Plummer (1855-1924). He was a solicitor at Thompsitt & Co, Oakleigh, and handled all Sir Matthew Davies' (1850-1912) legal work. He and his wife, Mary Ellen Plummer, nee Crowhurst, holidayed at "Lockwood", a Davies property, with their daughter Eva Victoria Crowhurst Plummer. The photo shows Matthew apparently sitting outside at a small table. He is pouring a drink into a glass from a small jug held in his left hand. He is smoking a pipe and is dressed in a suit and tie.

Black and white photo of the house at 3 Convention Ave, Belgrave Heights (previously called Lockwood Rd), which was built in May 1935 as a holiday house for Eva and Fred Woods who, with their children, spent holidays in the Lockwood/Belgrave Heights area. Today it functions as the main office for the Belgrave Heights Convention. After the death of her husband, Eva Woods lived permanently in the house.
