This document is the justification for additional funds to acquire new air photography coverage of Australian Defence Training areas as existing air photography was out of date and the scale of the photography was unsuitable. RAAF was incapable of flying the required photography and contractors were required to complete the task. This is the justification for additional funds for the task.
