Physical description
1. This is a summer pattern service jacket. Four front pockets held shut with a button. There are 4 front darkened buttons. Motif is = Australian Military Forces. It has the rank insignia of a Lt.Col. It has four medal ribbons and a M.I.D.
2. Khaki cotton belt to suit. Metal buckle.
