Physical description

1. Circular metal badge with the words "For King and Empire" and "Services Rendered" around the rim. Voided cypher and Kings Crown (George V) in the centre. Reverse has a hinged vertical pin. Badge contained in dark grey coloured cardboard box.
2. Base of grey coloured box. Number of badge on white paper attached. Square in shape.
3. Lid of grey coloured box. Square in shape.

1. Engraved on reverse side of badge 'A.35027'.
2. Printed in black ink on white paper on base: 'A35027'.
