Silk postcard from a soldier in France. Flags would suggest WW1.
Physical description
1. Pale cream colour postcard with an embroidered front in the form of a folded envelope. On top part is embroidered a red and green bunch of flowers. On the bottom part is embroidered a message. Inside the pocket is a card.
2. The card has a message surrounded by 8 shields with the flags of the various allies in WW1.
Inscriptions & markings
1. Embroidered in "To my dear Daughter".
2. On card is "Hearty Birthday Greetings" and various flags.
