Framed certificate for Life Membership for William Theodore of Rats of Tobruk Association. Black frame with gold trim and certificate wording on white paper surrounded by brown sketching of some soldiers firing a small artillery piece. On back a piece of string stapled to hang.

Signed by Federal President and Secretary of Association says " This is to Certify that William Theodore has been elected Life Member of the Rats of Tobruk Association".
