Significance

An account of the history of the 1st Bogong and 2nd Mount Beauty, 1st Tawonga and the Alpine Scout Centre which includes the farming residents of the Kiewa Valley and the residents of the SECV towns of Bogong and Mount Beauty.
The author, Claire Edmanson OAM is a resident of the Kiewa Valley and has held many senior positions in the scouting movement over the past 54 years.

The title: "Mount Beauty Scout Group History 75 years" The text commences with Lord Baden-Powell visiting the area in 1931 and continues up to the 75th celebration in November 2024.
