Summary

History of the Leongatha Memorial Hospital (formerly known as the Woorayl District Memorial Hospital) from the time one of two private hospitals in Leongatha closed in 1942, and a bush nursing hospital took over the premises. The need for a bigger hospital was recognized and new hospital opened in 1958. The booklet covers development of the hospital up to 2008
