Subdivision includes Cuthbert Street, Waterloo Street, Sunset Drive, Markhill Place, Parkhaven Drive, Bayley Close and Blenheim Street. Agents - Consolidated Home Industries Limited, Lower Dandenong Road, Braeside, Vic., Phone 91-9791. Rep - Bruce Grant.

Inscriptions & markings

Accompanying handwritten sales note researched in 2024 by Richard Carter - Carter Real Estate - "Generally $2500 to $4000 per lot".
