It is probable the training focussed on teamwork, leadership, field craft and living off the land survival skills. Elements from units of the Army Reserve may have participated in the training.

The colour photographs are on 35mm negative film and are part of the Army Survey Regiment’s Collection. The photographs were scanned at 96 dpi.
